Shipping policy

Generally, for tangible goods, we only deliver to hotels or other designated locations within Mainland China. Customers are required to provide the relevant information 3 days prior to arrival at the specified shipping address.

For intangible products and services (including consulting and advisory services), we will deliver the relevant product/service information via email immediately upon order confirmation.
